Terms & Conditions - Profit Points Program

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the allocation, use, and withdrawal of profit points ("Points") offered by the Company. By accessing or participating in the profit points program, the customer ("Participant") expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following:

1. Discretionary Nature

  • 1.1 The allocation of Points shall be made solely at the discretion of the Company.
  • 1.2 The Company may, at its sole discretion, allocate, vary, withhold, or deny Points to Participants without providing reasons or justification.
  • 1.3 No Participant shall have any enforceable right, claim, or entitlement to the allocation of Points.

2. No Assured Benefit

  • 2.1 The accumulation or possession of Points does not create any legal right, vested interest, or assurance of future rewards, cash withdrawals, or other benefits.
  • 2.2 Points shall be deemed a voluntary, discretionary benefit and shall not constitute a financial guarantee, contractual promise, or enforceable obligation of the Company.

3. Modification and Termination

  • 3.1 The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, suspend, or terminate the profit points program.
  • 3.2 Such amendments may include, but are not limited to, changes in allocation criteria, conversion rules, withdrawal conditions, or program termination.
  • 3.3 No Participant shall have any claim, compensation, or remedy arising from any modification, suspension, or termination of the program.

4. Fraud, Misuse, and Abuse

  • 4.1 Any attempt to manipulate, misuse, or engage in fraudulent activity with respect to Points shall result in the immediate cancellation of Points.
  • 4.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the Participant's account in the event of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
  • 4.3 The Company shall further reserve the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of willful misconduct or fraud.

5. Withdrawal and Redemption Conditions

  • 5.1 Points, where deemed eligible for withdrawal or conversion, shall remain subject to verification, compliance checks, and applicable limitations prescribed by the Company.
  • 5.2 Approval of any withdrawal request shall remain exclusively at the Company's sole discretion.
  • 5.3 The Company shall not be liable to honor or approve any withdrawal request that does not meet its prescribed policies or compliance standards.

6. Company's Rights

  • 6.1 The Company expressly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, modify, revoke, withhold, or cancel Points or any associated benefits, without incurring any liability or obligation to the Participant.
  • 6.2 The Company's decisions in relation to the allocation, conversion, withdrawal, or forfeiture of Points shall be final and binding.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • 7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore.
  • 7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
