Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing product returns, exchanges, and refunds offered by M/s Billsquad Private Limited. By purchasing products from the Company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- 1.1 Products shall be eligible for return only if:
- a) The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described; or
- b) The product delivered is incorrect in reference to the order placed.
- 1.2 Products shall be accepted for return only if they are:
- a) Unused and in the same condition as received;
- b) Returned in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact; and
- c) Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as invoice or order confirmation.
- 1.3 Products not meeting the above conditions shall not be eligible for return.
2. Return Procedure
- 2.1 The Customer must notify the Company of any return request within 7 days from the date of delivery, by contacting the Company at support@billsquad.co.in.
- 2.2 The Company may require photographic or video evidence of the product’s condition prior to authorizing the return.
- 2.3 Upon approval, the Company shall provide instructions for return, including the designated return address. The Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error attributable to the Company.
3. Refunds
- 3.1 Refunds shall be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by the Company.
- 3.2 Approved refunds shall be issued through one of the following methods, at the Company’s discretion:
- a) Reversal to the original method of payment; or
- b) Issuance of store credit or wallet balance.
- 3.3 Shipping, handling, and convenience fees shall be non-refundable unless the return arises from a proven error by the Company.
- 3.4 The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers in crediting refunds.
4. Exchanges
- 4.1 Subject to availability, the Company may offer an exchange for an identical or similar product in place of a refund.
- 4.2 In the event that an exchange product is not available, the Company may, at its discretion, issue a refund or store credit in accordance with Clause 3.
5. Non-Compliance
- 5.1 The Company reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this Policy.
- 5.2 Any product returned in a used, altered, or damaged condition (other than as a result of Company error) shall not qualify for a refund or exchange.
6. Company’s Rights
- 6.1 The Company reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy at any time without prior notice.
- 6.2 The Company’s determination regarding the eligibility of returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be final and binding on the Customer.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 7.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Bangalore Jurisdiction].
- 7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Bangalore Jurisdiction].
