- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro & remote areas: 5–10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier service.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on eligible products or during promotional offers.
- For other items, a nominal shipping fee may apply, visible during checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
You can track your order through your BILLSQUAD account or using the tracking link sent via email/SMS after dispatch.
5. Delays or Issues
While we partner with reliable logistics providers, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions. In such cases, our customer support team will proactively update you.
6. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address
BILLSQUAD will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before confirming the order.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International deliveries are not available at this time.
